Extra cover options

After you have received a quote for standard car insurance you can tailor your policy by opting to buy one or more 'extra cover options'. These options are conveniently grouped together in popular combinations (think 'bundles' or 'packages'), but you can choose to make up any combination of cover options that suits your needs.  If you want to have windscreen or courtesy car cover, these need to be selected when you first purchase the policy.

Some extra cover options require that you buy fully comprehensive insurance.

IMPORTANT: The descriptions of cover are in summary form only. Please read the Policy Summary which gives an overview of the cover. Our Policy Booklet gives a full description of what is covered by each 'extra cover option' and any conditions or exclusions that may apply. Note that Emergency Care, Courtesy Car, Personal Items and Windscreen can only be added to a policy where our Comprehensive insurance level of cover has been chosen.
